Faith-based, independent and multi-site agency child care programs in the city of Chicago that are at enrollment capacity, are eligible for assistance from the Partnership if they also meet one of these requirements: Chicago Department of Human Services (CDHS) contracted Head Start Child Care programs Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) direct funded Head Start Child Care programs Programs in which at least 50% of total enrollees use IDHS / CDHS day care vouchers for tuition payment Privately owned centers are eligible for assistance if they are at enrollment capacity and 50% of enrolled students use vouchers for tuition payment.
