What:
The Partnership for Quality Child Care, sponsored by the City of Chicago, McCormick Tribune Foundation and several other private foundations, was formed to improve the quality of child care available to Chicago's low-income families.

Mission:
Improve the quality of Child Care, Head Start and family child care programs in Chicago by assisting eligible programs to pursue national accreditation.

Early StarsSM Campaign:
Early Stars is a campaign sponsored by the Partnership for Quality Child Care to educate child care programs and their staffs regarding accreditation and how it can help increase the quality of child care.
