The website of the Partnership for Child Care Accreditation d/b/a Chicago Accreditation Partnership (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Chicago Accreditation Partnership ("CAP"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully before using this Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms of Use, do not use this Site. CAP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. Any use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the then current terms and conditions. The terms and conditions herein apply to CAP and its affiliates. The terms and conditions herein are in addition to, and do not override, the specific terms and conditions that apply to the products or services offered by CAP through this Site. Jurisdiction and Venue

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the Site are designed for use by United States residents only. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, notwithstanding any conflicts of law provision. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Illinois. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of CAP's Site, Content or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the court shall endeavor to give effect to the intention reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous communications or agreements, whether written or oral, between CAP and you.

International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, e-mail, or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Miscellaneous

No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or other provisions hereof. All waivers must be in writing. CAP is not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
